MD-11 latches manufactured by RAMEC engineering have successfully been installed in sub-assembly. Part numbers ADFA0037-501-1 and ADA0037-503-3 are complicated steel parts machined from forgings with critical surface finish requirements. The transition of this task from Convair to RAMEC demonstrates this professional approach to this task and their attention to detail were evident in the quality of the finished latches.
